Hilaturas Mar acquires Cipriano Molina Albero

Hilaturas Mar has acquired Cipriano Molina Albero S.L., a family-owned company with over 70 years of experience in the textile industry. Known for its reputation, adaptability to new technologies, and commitment to the environment, the company specializes in manufacturing yarns and textile fibers for various industrial sectors. Its facilities are located at Partida El Bovar 1, 03450 Banyeres de Mariola (Alicante).


Following the acquisition, the Hilaturas Mar team is working intensively on optimizing machinery and facilities, actively iniciating the production of technical yarns.


As part of its commitment to sustainability, the existing photovoltaic solar installation continues to operate for self-consumption without surplus. This project is part of the incentive program for renewable energy use, within the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union through NextGenerationEU.


With this operation, Hilaturas Mar strengthens its position in the textile sector, combining tradition, technology, and sustainability to continue offering innovative solutions to its customers.
