h+h Cologne in Germany is the largest international craft and hobby fair and meeting point for textile crafts. It was held until April 2 and the Hilaturas Mar team could not miss it.
This is a leading fair in innovation and textile design, which in this edition under the motto “Be creative. Be unique.” has shown the new trends in the world of sewing, weaving, handicrafts, macramé or embroidery.
More than 250 companies from some 40 different countries have participated in this platform full of stands with many textiles, colors and formats for various applications, which has given us the vision and creative ideas necessary to reinvent ourselves in the sector of yarns for macrame.
This relevant international networking fair for the handicraft industry has offered us talks, workshops, conferences and fashion shows of renowned brands that have formed the backdrop for days full of impressions, inspiration and knowledge.
Being in contact with incredible designs of articles for sectors such as fashion, children's decoration or home; the exchange of ideas with experts or the experience of seeing people making handicrafts live, made us sharpen our wits.
It has been fantastic to see groups make macramé crafts, the art of making decorative knots, so ancient and at the same time full of modernity, that creates communities:
